CARLOS SUCRE LEVY

He has been practicing since 1995. Carlos currently serves as administrator partner of the firm. His area of specialty is financial law, including banking, insurance and trusts.

During his more than 25 years of professional experience, he has had the opportunity to advice the main banks and insurance companies of Panama regarding regulatory matters and management before the different supervising entities, structuring, reviewing and negotiating financial contracts and collaterals.

He organized and managed the trust entity of the group, Sucre, Arias & Reyes Trust Services since 2004 until 2013, being in charge of structuring patrimonial and guarantee trusts for our institutional and individual clients.

He has also been involved in the area of legal structures, giving advice to individuals and families to organize their personal estate and so guaranteeing a respectable and organized future for their descendants.
