Professional experience
Michelle has over 20 years of experience and has been practicing since 2002. She joined Sucre Arias Reyes in 2003, becoming part of the Corporate Department. Since then, her practice has focused on Corporate Law, International Law, and Commercial Law, areas in which she provides comprehensive and strategic advice to both local and international clients.
She has been a partner at the firm since 2018 and specializes in establishing corporate vehicles across various jurisdictions, offering personalized solutions to her diverse client portfolio. She is currently the partner in charge of the Corporate Department, overseeing operations in the jurisdictions of Panama and the British Virgin Islands (BVI), where she serves as Managing Director and General Manager.
Michelle is member of the National Bar Association and recently addmited as TEP Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
