Daniela Cebamanos
Professional experience
Attorney with extensive experience in Tax, Administrative, and International Law, both in the public and private sectors. She has held key positions at the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Panama, where she led processes related to double taxation treaties and the issuance of tax residency certificates. She has also provided strategic legal counsel on complex administrative and tax law matters. Her professional background includes experience in private law firms in areas such as corporate law, intellectual property, and the resolution of tax disputes.
Education
- Law degree with a major in Political Science from Universidad Santa María la Antigua (USMA).
- Master’s degree in Fiscal Management with a specialization in Tax law, earned at the Universidad Especializada del Contador Público Autorizado (UNESCPA International) in 2023.
- Specialized Certificate in Tax Procedural Law, completed in 2025 at the Centro de Excelencia Educativa de Panamá (CEEDPA), further strengthening her technical expertise in the field.
