Professional experience
Lic. Guerra has 30 years of experience in the legal field and has held key positions in the Judiciary, Electoral Tribunal, Civil Registry, and the Office of the Attorney General. He has served as Substitute Civil Circuit Judge, Assistant to a Justice of the Supreme Court, Director of the Civil Registry, and Director of Legal Advisory at the Electoral Tribunal, actively participating in the resolution of constitutional and administrative litigation matters. In 2024, he served as Legal Assistant at the General Auditing Office. As of 2025, he has joined our firm, bringing his extensive expertise and knowledge to our Litigation Department.
