Professional experience
He has been practicing since 2003. Member of the firm since the year 2000, he is currently partner and general manager of the group’s trust company SAR Trust Services. He specializes in the areas of corporate, banking and financial law, and has extensive experience in the area of trusts.
In 2017 he had an important role in the discussions related to the creation of Law 21 of 2017 amending Law 1 of 1984 (trust law). Due to his experience, he has been called to give talks and training seminars on said law to financial entities and prestigious associations in the market.
